Just Because it is Gluten Free Does Not Make it a Healthy Snack
Not all gluten free foods are healthy. Sugar is gluten free. So is high fructose corn syrup. High fructose corn syrup is very toxic when consumed regularly. Most forms of processed sugar, including high fructose corn syrup, contribute to a leaky gut, inflammation, and poor vitamin status.
Inflammation in your joints is often very painful and makes your joints feel stiff. Not all of your joints will feel stiff or painful all of the time. Often you will find that your weakest joints with low blood circulation are the ones that feel stiff.
